TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Sticky Biz via this website, email, social media or any other ordering method.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

GENERAL

  • Sticky Biz provides custom-printed products made to order

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Sticky Biz reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

  • All products are custom-made specifically for each order

  • Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or changed

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not typically available

ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • Full payment is required before any work or printing begins

  • Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared

  • By placing an order, you confirm all details provided are correct

ARTWORK & DESIGN RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for supplying correct, print-ready artwork

  • All custom orders require proof approval before printing

  • By approving a proof, you confirm that you have checked:

    • Size, shape and material

    • Spelling, grammar and layout

    • Colours and design placement

    • Quantity ordered

  • Sticky Biz is not responsible for errors present in approved artwork

ARTWORK QUALITY

  • Recommended artwork is 300 DPI or vector format

  • Low-resolution or unsuitable artwork may affect print quality

  • Sticky Biz is not responsible for poor print results caused by low-quality artwork

  • Refunds or reprints will not be issued for artwork quality issues caused by customer-supplied files

COLOUR VARIATION

  • Colours may vary between screen and printed product

  • Screens display RGB, printers use CMYK

  • Colour matching is not guaranteed unless CMYK or PMS colour codes are supplied

  • Colour variation alone is not considered a fault

PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES

  • All turnaround times are estimates only

  • Production times may vary due to order size, materials, workload or peak periods

  • Sticky Biz is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Sticky Biz ships via Australia Post only

  • Once orders are lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside our control

  • Sticky Biz is not responsible for postal delays, lost or damaged parcels in transit

  • Customers must ensure shipping details are correct at checkout

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item is faulty, damaged or significantly different from what was approved:

  • You must contact Sticky Biz within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Clear photos and original packaging may be required

  • Items may need to be returned for inspection

Sticky Biz will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, reprint or refund where appropriate.

NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR

Refunds, returns or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer errors or incorrect selections

  • Approved artworks containing errors that have been printed

  • Spelling, grammar or layout errors approved in proofs

  • Incorrect size, shape or material selected

  • Colour differences where CMYK or PMS values were not supplied

  • Colour issues caused by RGB or incorrect colour profiles

  • Poor print quality due to low-resolution or unsuitable artwork

  • Orders where production has commenced

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Sticky Biz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the product supplied, where applicable under Australian Consumer Law

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All designs, content and materials on this website remain the property of Sticky Biz unless otherwise stated

  • Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer

CHANGES TO TERMS

  • Sticky Biz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time

  • The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase applies
