PROOFING & APPROVAL PROCESS
At Sticky Biz, all products are custom-made to order.
To ensure accuracy and avoid errors, printing will not commence until full payment has been made and artwork has been approved by the customer.
Please read this page carefully before approving your artwork.
WHAT IS A PROOF?
A proof is a digital preview of your artwork showing how your stickers or labels will be printed.
Proofs are provided so you can check and confirm:

Size and shape
-
Layout and positioning
-
Spelling and text accuracy
-
Colours and design placement
-
Quantity ordered
WHEN PRINTING COMMENCES

Printing will not commence until:
-
Full payment has been received, and
-
Final artwork approval has been provided
-

Once both conditions are met, production will proceed exactly as approved

Changes or cancellations are not possible after approval

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By approving your proof, you confirm that all details are correct, including:

Size, shape and measurements
-
Material selected
-
Spelling, grammar and layout
-
Colours and design placement
-
Quantity ordered
Sticky Biz is not responsible for errors present in approved artwork.
PRINT-READY FILES & CUTLINES
Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork.
Cutline requirements:

Print-ready files must include a cutline set to 100% magenta
-
Cutlines must be clearly defined and suitable for production
If a cutline is not supplied:

Sticky Biz will create and provide a suggested cutline
-
The suggested cutline will be sent for customer approval
-
Printing will not commence until the cutline has been approved
This process ensures accuracy and consistency across all custom orders.
ARTWORK QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
To achieve the best print results:

Artwork should be supplied at 300 DPI or as vector files
-
Low-resolution or pixelated artwork may affect print quality
Poor print results caused by low-quality or unsuitable artwork are not eligible for refund or reprint, as outlined in our Artwork Guidelines.
COLOUR & PRINT DISCLAIMER

Colours may appear different on screen compared to print

Screens display RGB; printers use CMYK
-
Brightness and tone may vary when printed
Colour matching is not guaranteed unless CMYK or PMS colour codes are supplied.
Colour variation alone is not considered a printing fault.
REQUESTING CHANGES
If changes are required:

Do not approve the proof
-
Request all changes clearly before approval
Approval should only be given once you are 100% satisfied.
FINAL APPROVAL
Once artwork has been approved and payment has been received:

Printing begins
-
Changes cannot be made
-
Orders cannot be cancelled
Proof approval is final.
